The Australian Medical Council (AMC) invites suitably qualified service providers to respond to a Request for Tender (RFT) to support the AMC in delivering its Process and Systems Improvement (PSI) Project.
The PSI Project aims to build long-term capability in systems and processes to ensure ongoing operational excellence of AMC’s Accreditation and Assessment functions by mapping current state processes and co-designing future-state workflows ahead of future IT systems improvement and integration. This transformation initiative is a key strategic priority to enhance service quality, data utilisation, stakeholder experience, and organisational agility.
Through this RFT process the AMC seeks to engage a vendor to deliver services aligned with the PSI Project objectives of Stage 1 (Process Mapping) and Stage 2 (Process Redesign).
Australian Operational Presence Requirement
Tenderers must demonstrate a strong operational presence in Australia, must be a registered Australian business entity with an Australian Business Number (ABN), and must have the capacity to deliver services locally. Organisations without a demonstrable Australian base will not be considered.
Note: This RFT relates to work to be delivered under a staged contract for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the PSI Project only. AMC reserves the right to conduct a separate procurement process for any subsequent stage/s of the PSI Project, or to negotiate with the successful vendor.
