The Australian Medical Council is an organisation whose work impacts across the lands of Australia and New Zealand.

Introduction to the Standard Pathway

The Standard Pathway is suitable if you:

To apply to the AMC you need an AMC candidate account, and establish an AMC portfolio (if applicable) that holds your information and provides available options.

The following assessment options must be passed to obtain an AMC certificate:

  1. AMC CAT MCQ Examination; and
  2. AMC Clinical Examination OR Workplace-based assessment (WBA).
