Request for Tender: Development and Implementation of a National E-Portfolio to Support Prevocational (PGY1 and PGY2) Medical Training in Australia

The Australian Medical Council (AMC) invites interested parties to apply for up to $1.5 million (GST-exclusive) of funding to play a lead role in the development and implementation of a National E-Portfolio that will support prevocational medical training for postgraduate year 1 (PGY1) and postgraduate year 2 (PGY2) doctors nationally.

The National E-Portfolio will ensure that prevocational training for PGY1 and PGY2 doctors in Australia is delivered in a manner consistent with the two-year National Framework for Prevocational Medical Training.

The AMC is seeking to engage a single vendor to deliver required services under contract via this RFT process.

Note: This RFT is designed to support the engagement of a vendor to develop and implement the National E-Portfolio, which may include a limited period of post-implementation support. The AMC may optionally elect to contract the successful tender respondent (future vendor) to provide ongoing support for the solution post-implementation.
