The International Medical Graduate Conference 2025 will be a dynamic and pivotal event focused on strengthening Australia’s international medical workforce through collaboration and shared insights.

Why attend?

International medical graduates make up one-third of the Australian medical workforce and make significant contributions to communities.
The journey for international medical graduates can be complex, time-consuming, confusing and costly.
There are multiple stakeholders who are involved in and responsible for different parts of international medical graduate pathways. Collaborative cross-sectorial partnerships are critical for driving meaningful change across the system.

The conference is an opportunity to come together to share ideas, network and explore opportunities for strengthening partnerships across the sector to support international medical graduates in their journeys.
