AMC Accounts Temporarily Unavailable
From Thursday, 14 August 2025 at Midday 12pm (AEST) to approximately Wednesday, 20 August 2025 at midnight 12am (AEST)
The AMC will be undertaking system works to transition the current EPIC verification platform to the new MyIntealth verification platform. This transition will not change the current verification process or affect any verification statuses obtained via EICS and/or EPIC.
MyIntealth is a new online environment for accessing services offered by Intealth and its members, ECFMG and FAIMER. MyIntealth will consist of a portal for international medical graduates pursuing verification of medical credentials similar to the current EPIC verification process. Using the MyIntealth environment, users will be able to establish and maintain accounts, request services, manage payments, and retrieve important messages.
To facilitate this transition, the AMC account system will be temporarily unavailable during this period.
During this period, IMGs will be unable to:
o Submit AMC initial portfolio applications; and
o Add further medical qualification(s) to existing accounts.
All applications in progress should be submitted before this outage time; otherwise, you will be required to enter your MyIntealth ID that has been provided to you from ECFMG to proceed with your application.
New verification statuses will not be received during this outage; therefore, updates will not appear on AMC accounts, MBA/Ahpra or specialist college portals (AMC external portals).
