The Australian Medical Council has reviewed some of the forms for international medical graduates. The forms listed below have been updated and are available via the forms page.

Non-specialist application forms

Non-Specialist pathway applicants should complete and submit the following form:

• Non-Specialist and EICS Application (to determine eligibility to proceed with the AMC examination process)

This form replaces Form A

EICS verification (primary qualification): Non-specialist Applicants should complete the following form:

• Non-specialist and EICS Application (to determine eligibility to proceed with the AMC examinations process)

This form replaces Form EICS V2 (primary qualification only)

Specialist candidate application forms

Specialist pathway applicants should complete and submit the following form:

• Specialist Application (to determine eligibility to be assessed for appointment as a specialist)

This form replaces Forms SA and SB

Area of Need Specialist applicants should complete and submit the following form:

• Area of Need Specialist Application (to determine eligibility to be assessed for appointment as an Area of Need specialist)

This form replaces Forms AON-SA and AON-SB

EICS: Specialist applicants for  should complete and submit the following form:

• Primary Source Verification Specialist-in-training (for international medical graduates seeking Medical Board of Australia registration)

This form replaces Form Specialist EICS V2
