The AMC’s Assessment and Accreditation of Medical Schools: Standards and Procedures provides for schools to make major changes which can be approved for introduction within the current accreditation period of a course. The four-year, graduate entry medical program offered by the Flinders University School of Medicine was last accredited by the AMC in 2004 and is currently accredited for the maximum six years to 31 December 2010.
